Shop FAQ & Shipping Times

Shipping Times - I try our best to get your products out as soon as possible! This is a very new shop and I'm still working out a steady shipping time. Currently We're working on a (3-4) Day window to have your order shipped out! 

Refunds - All sales are final in the store. It is at my discretion to issue a refund with a cancellation fee. Orders not arriving on time are at fault with the Shipping company used to be taken up with the shipping company and I will not provide refunds with lost packages. 

Sticker Info - I'm currently working with a local store in my area to supply my stickers, so i'm able to have stickers checked in person for quality control. I will not send out damaged products or products that have issues unless it's stated on its product page when reading its info.

Missing Products - If your order is missing anything please contact me on either the website's contact feature or on the shop's instagram @Underground_stickers. I might have oversold a product and will have refunded you the cost of the sticker.

Replacement Items -  I offer tracked shipping always, if the mailing company loses your untracked package i can't do much about it and won't refund or send replacements. If you use tracked shipping you will be able to file claims with the shipping company used and keep track of your orders which is why I recommend it way more then untracked. - I also don't have the supply to makeup lost orders if a sticker is sold out and such.

Shipping info - I offer tracked and untracked shipping. You will receive an order email whenever you place an order as well as a shipping email when your order has been shipped. ( Please give it a day or two to update if you used tracked shipping)
